IMOBRISA do not recommend specific lawyers however we can forward you contact details of Lawyers who have representation in Cape Verde, Portugal and speak Portuguese and English. This enables you to deal directly without any communication problems.

The most important factor is to get an independent lawyer which is not tied to a specific developer and has no conflict of interests.
