It's a real pleasure for me to hereby introduce IMOBRISA to you.

IMOBRISA's History

IMOBRISA develops Exclusive High-quality properties in Cape Verde's best locations, since 1999.

The company was formed by 2 Italian Private shareholders, Moreno Passarella, and myself.
It all started with a technical background: Moreno Passarella is a building engineer, who arrived in Cape Verde 15 years ago. He developed his local "Cape Verde Property" experience building frontline hotels in Santa-Maria, before we started the IMOBRISA company.

I am originally an entrepreneur and made my career in market leading international companies, with expertise in sales, Marketing, and Human Resources. I heard about Cape Verde Islands when I was a little boy, and since then, have dreamed to come here. My career carried me along on other horizons, but once I retired I eventually decided to make it happen. I really felt that Cape Verde had all essential ingredients to be a hotspot for Property Development, and I had a vision I wanted to turn into reality.
With these 2 diverse backgrounds and profiles, we embrace 2 complementary roles in the management of the IMOBRISA Team.

We thus chose the name of IMO-BRISA as a combination of "Imobiliaria - Real Estate in Latin languages, and "Brise/Brisa", the name for a subtle wind, very appropriate for Cape Verde, and expressing the dynamic of our position as a pioneering, innovative developer, introducing European quality into Cape Verde.
